The 26-year-old is one of the latest acquisitions for West Ham, who are ready to spend big in the summer. He has been with the Brazilian team for the last two years and he has made the switch to West Ham for an undisclosed fee. It is highly unlikely thatBalbuena will face issues with regards to work permit, as he has featured in seven games for the Paraguay national team.
